General Information

Please disclose any medical conditions and/or medications you are currently taking. In our continuing commitment to cleanliness, we sterilize our equipment before all services and treatments, and exceed Kansas State Board requirements. 

Arrival Time:
We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the time of your first scheduled appointment or at 8:45 am if your appointment is at 9 am. This will allow ample time to change into a robe and enjoy the relaxation room. All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest and full treatment price will be charged.

Spa Etiquette:
Our commitment is to create a relaxing and quiet environment for all of our spa guests. We kindly ask that no children be present in the Spa area including treatment rooms while you enjoy your time of relaxation.

Relaxation Room:
Take time to relax before, in between or as long as you like after any treatment. Naps are free! Enjoy light refreshments.

Credit Card Information:
A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling services.

Cancellation Policy:
To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours in advance or may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment when you are under the weather.

Spa Packages:
Allow 2 weeks lead time for scheduling packages Monday through Thursday and 4 to 6 weeks on Fridays and Saturdays.

Gift Cards:
Available for services and/or retail products. Gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash, and are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Gift cards are honored at all locations.

Group Events:
We welcome all groups. Whether you’re looking to reward an employee, host a small birthday party, celebrate an amazing friendship or a special anniversary we can offer something “Relaxing, Fun and Unique!” Please call our party planner to schedule your spa party today!

Gratuities:
Are always left to the discretion of our clients, except for packages where gratuity is included.

Beau Monde Spa and Boutique is a cell phone free environment!  PLEASE turn off your cell phones in the nail and spa area.
