Relaxation Room:
Take time to relax as long as you like before or after any treatment.

Treatment Room:
We kindly ask that no children be present in treatment rooms while you enjoy your time of
relaxation.

Credit Card Information:
Is required when booking 2 or more services,
and/or 2 or more people.

Cancellation Policy:
To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours in advance or may be subject to a 25%
cancellation charge.

Spa Packages:
Please allow 2 weeks lead time for packages Monday through Thursday and 4 to 6 weeks
on Fridays and Saturdays.

Gift Certificates:
Available for services and/or retail products. Gift certificates are not replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash, and are
nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Gratuities:
Are always left up to the discretion of our clients, except for packages where gratuity is included.

We will be more than happy, (and encourage) you to reschedule your appointment when you are under the weather.

For your enhanced relaxation, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time of your appointment to allow ample time to prepare for your service. All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest.
